    Area 49 Sports LLC and Area49Sports.com does NOT engage in gambling and does NOT accept wagers of any kind. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

  2. I live on the East Coast, do any of those states allow sports betting?
    Yes, the state of Delaware enacted betting on professional football in 2009. Visit the Deleware Lottery website for details and locations.

  3. I’ve never played fantasy football before, what do you suggest?
    Go to our Fantasy Sports page and sign up for our fantasy newsletter for tips, rules for effective drafting and more.

  4. Can I cancel my package?
    Please see the section on “Cancellations” in our Terms & Conditions.

  5. I didn’t receive my Selection Summary report, what do I do?
    Please check any junk email or spam folders that may have intercepted your emailed report. If you still have not received it, please contact us immediately at info@area49sports.com. Please have your Receipt No. (Located on the receipt you received by email after purchase) available when calling.

  6. How do I receive my picks and information?
    All reports, data, and information will be sent via email.

  7. Which lines are your selections based upon?
    Our selections are based upon the lines posted by the Deleware Sports Lottery. While Area 49 Sports provides lines from other sources, we are based on the East Coast and it has proven more convenient to our clients to use Delaware lines. However, the lines stated in Delaware are very similar, the same in many cases, to Las Vegas lines.

  8. When are your selections released?
    Our preliminary Selection Summary report for the week is distributed to our clients on Thursdays by 3:00 PM EST. This will contain our selections for the Thursday and (if applicable) Saturday games. Our final report for the week is distributed to our clients on Saturdays by 5:00 PM EST.

  9. What are Walt J’s “Grievance” articles?
    “Grievances” are Walt J’s sports rants on steroids. They are those special hot buttons that come up in sports that drive Walt J. crazy. Whether it’s the BCS or PSL’s, it’s whatever is bothering Walt J. at that moment.
